Anxiety Exercises
The storing worries exercise is a mindfulness tool that helps you set aside anxious thoughts by imagining placing them into a box and putting it away. It does not ignore your concerns. It simply gives your mind permission to rest. By visualizing this act, you create space to focus, breathe, and be present, knowing you can return to those thoughts later with more clarity and calm.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a guided technique that helps reduce physical tension and stress by slowly tensing and then releasing different muscle groups in the body. This practice brings awareness to where you hold stress, promotes deep relaxation, and can ease anxiety. By following along, you give your body and mind a chance to reset, one breath, one muscle at a time.
